INTI International University was established in 1986 as a private college in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and quickly positioned itself as a leading educational institution. In 2010, following a strong partnership with Laureate International Universities – one of the world's largest networks of higher education institutions – INTI was upgraded to full university status under its current name, "INTI International University."
